Ring Resizing

All rings come with one (1) time FREE resizing within fourteen (14) days.


For all returns, please email us at Returns will be accepted and processed for manufacturer defect items within 7 days of delivery.

Before returning, please ensure that the original packaging and documents inclusive of the diamond certificate are included. Customers are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs during the return shipping to us. MOD will not be responsible for lost items. Once we have received the item, you will receive an email notification from us. All returned items will be checked and inspected. Should there be any issues related to the returned items, we will get in touch with you. Once inspection is completed, we will proceed to process your items. Shipping charges will be FREE when delivering the item back to you.


For purchases made via Stripe | iPay88 | Bank Transfer, all refunds initiated will be credited directly into your bank account. We will be deducing any wire transfer fees incurred by us. Please allow 7 – 21 days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.

Non-Refundable Items

Items that has been resized, engraved or damaged will not be accepted. We do not accept items that has been shipped past 30 days.

Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel an order, please email us at We are unable to process cancellation on special requests items or made-to-order items or once the item has been shipped out.


Orders placed will be shipped out within 14 business days, varying on your country’s custom clearance. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number. Made-to-order items will take longer. An estimated timeline or delivery date will be emailed to you.

For international orders, shipping will be FREE with a minimum purchase of USD 1,000. Domestic shipping within Malaysia is FREE with a minimum purchase of RM 1,500.

Custom Clearance | Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subjected to inspection or taxes set by your own country. To facilitate the process, information about your order and shipment will be provided to the relevant parties. Should you have any custom or tax enquiries or concerns in regards to your order, please contact your custom department accordingly.

The recipient is responsible for all custom clearance and taxes based on the price reflected on the commercial invoice.
